Our normal schedule is:
Tuesday - 6am ride from the San Gabriel River & 22 to the HB pier & back. Usually 20-24 mph
Thursday - 6am loop from the San Gabriel River & 22 through Long Beach, up through Compton and back down the San Gabriel. Usually 19-23 mph
Friday - fun ride - start at 6:30am at Coyote Creek, to Creme Cafe in Seal Beach and back - guarantee that no one will be dropped.
Saturday - long ride - depending on the week. Usually 17-20 mph
